Delete your Venelia account and data

In the app: open Settings, then choose Delete my data.

Without the app: email talktous@venelia.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you only ever used the app as a guest, there's no email address to match. Deleting the app removes the guest's data from the phone, and the anonymous account holds nothing that identifies you.

We act on every request within 24 hours. What is deleted, including every Community post and comment you wrote, and the little that is kept and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy under "When you delete your account".
